Common questions
Do you repair all makes of boiler?
Yes. We repair gas boilers of all makes, combi, system and regular.
Is my boiler worth repairing?
Usually, yes. A new boiler starts to make more sense when it keeps breaking down, when parts are getting hard to find, or when the repair would cost a large part of the price of a new one. We’ll tell you honestly. See new boilers.
What should I tell you when I get in touch?
The make and model if you know them (it’s on the front or underneath), any fault code on the display, what the boiler is doing, and whether there’s any water or noise.
Can I keep resetting it?
Pressing reset once is fine. If it keeps locking out, stop resetting it and get in touch, as it’s telling you something is wrong.
Should I have it serviced as well?
A yearly boiler service catches many faults before they leave you without heating, and most makers need one to keep the warranty valid.
