New boilers and boiler swaps across the Fylde Coast.

For homes in Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde and Kirkham and nearby. Gas Safe registered. We fit gas boilers of all makes.

Repair or replace?

A new boiler is usually worth it when:

  • It keeps breaking down, or parts for it are getting hard to find.
  • A repair would cost a large part of the price of a new boiler.
  • It’s old and your gas bills keep creeping up.
  • You want to change how you heat your home, such as swapping a boiler and hot water tank for a combi.

If your boiler is worth repairing, we’ll tell you.

How it works

  • We visit, look at your current set-up, talk through the options and send you a written quote.
  • On the day, we take out the old boiler and fit the new one, connected to your gas, water, heating and flue.
  • We clean out the heating system where it needs it, as most boiler makers require for the warranty.
  • We test everything, set up the controls and show you how to use them.
  • We register the boiler with the maker for its warranty, and register the work through Gas Safe so you get a Building Regulations compliance certificate.

A boiler swap

Out with the old boiler and in with a new one, fitted in the same kitchen cupboard.

Common questions

How long does it take?

A straight swap in the same place is often done in a day. Moving the boiler or changing the type of system takes longer, and your quote will say how long.

Which boiler should I get?

It depends on your home and how much hot water you use. We fit all makes, and we’ll recommend a make and model when we visit and explain why.

What warranty will I get?

The boiler maker’s warranty, which we register for you. How long it lasts depends on the make and model, and we’ll tell you before you choose.

Can you move the boiler?

Usually, yes. Moving it means new pipework and a new route for the flue, so it costs more. We’ll check where it can go when we visit.

Does a new boiler need servicing?

Yes. Most makers need a yearly service to keep the warranty valid. See boiler servicing; we can remind you when each one is due.
